Director, PharmacyThe RoleAs a Director, you fill a pivotal role leveraging deep practical and technical expertise in healthcare, combined with strong project management and execution skills. The joint focus of this role is to successfully lead or co-lead business development conversations with existing and potential new clients and ensure teams execute project goals and deliver tangible financial results to clients. You will bring extensive knowledge of managed care pharmacy, a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, and valuable insights gained through cross-industry experience and prior consulting experience. In addition to this base salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is a part of a competitive, total compensation package together with our majority employer-paid benefits and incentive pay for eligible roles.
