Technical Recruiter, Engineering / Supply Chain / Life Sciences Staffing $120M Privately Held Staffing Firm | Chicago, IL | Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain Our client, a privately held $120M staffing organization with a strong reputation and tenured leadership team, is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support and drive talent acquisition across key markets. This is a high-impact role for a proven recruiting professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering top talent, and partnering closely with clients and internal teams to support business growth. What you’ll do: Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across key industries and client accounts Partner with sales and account management teams to understand client hiring needs and deliver top talent quickly and effectively Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels including networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process Maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs Collaborate with leadership and peers to ensure a seamless client and candidate experience Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and drive successful placements Provide market insights on talent trends, compensation, and candidate availability Represent the company in the talent market through networking events, social platforms, and industry engagement What you need: 2+ years of progressive recruiting experience within staffing or workforce solutions Proven track record of successfully filling roles and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Strong network of candidates in Nashville and/or surrounding markets Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Ability to operate with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and candidate experience Experience partnering with sales teams and working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience What you get: Competitive base salary plus lucrative, uncapped commission/bonus structure Opportunity to represent a respected, financially strong, privately held firm Collaborative culture with access to an experienced and supportive leadership team Growth potential within an expanding organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Mee Derby & Company
