Key Responsibilities: Manage the purchasing process for hotel supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement Coordinate with vendors and suppliers terms, and delivery schedules Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, purchase orders, and receipts Collaborate with hotel departments to forecast needs and ensure stock availability Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during receiving and storage Resolve discrepancies or issues related to deliveries and procurement Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure storage area Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in purchasing, receiving, or inventory management, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to receiving and storage Join our team and enjoy a collaborative work environment that values growth, professionalism, and excellent service.
