Assembler – Precision Components | 2nd Shift (Train on 1st)
Harwinton Area | $18/hr | Contract-to-Hire

Schedule

2nd shift (training on 1st shift required)

Easy commute from Harwinton, Torrington, Bristol, Burlington, Litchfield, Thomaston, Plymouth, New Hartford, Winsted, and surrounding Litchfield County communities.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble small, precision parts at a workstation
• Work from diagrams, work instructions, and specifications
• Select correct components based on size and tolerance
• Use basic measuring tools to ensure accuracy
• Perform finishing steps such as lubrication, sealing, and packaging
• Conduct quality checks including basic testing and inspection
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Follow detailed processes in a repetitive workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Strong manual dexterity and steady hands
• Ability to read and follow written/visual instructions
• Good judgment and attention to detail
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or similar hands-on work preferred
• Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive tasks
