Brand Ambassador

We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated Brand Ambassador to represent our brands in retail locations throughout Illinois and neighboring Wisconsin markets. Position Summary The Brand Ambassador serves as the face of Windows Distillery in the marketplace. This position is responsible for conducting consumer tastings, driving product awareness and sales, building retailer relationships, and representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm. The successful candidate will conduct a minimum of six (6) tasting events per week while traveling throughout the assigned territory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct a minimum of six (6) retail tasting events per week. Educate consumers on Windows Distillery products, brand history, production methods, and tasting notes. Encourage product trial and increase retail sales through consumer engagement. Set up, maintain, and break down tasting displays and promotional materials. Build positive working relationships with retail partners, store managers, and staff. Collect and report event metrics, consumer feedback, and sales observations. Maintain inventory of tasting supplies, point-of-sale materials, and promotional assets. Participate in festivals, trade shows, supplier events, and special promotional activities as needed. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local alcohol beverage laws and regulations. Travel regularly throughout assigned territory using personal transportation. QualificationsRequired Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Ability to travel extensively within Illinois and neighboring Wisconsin markets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of promotional materials and product. Preferred Experience in beverage alcohol, hospitality, retail sales, brand promotion, marketing, or customer service. Knowledge of distilled spirits and the three-tier distribution system. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods during tasting events. Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 40 pounds. Ability to load and unload tasting materials from a personal vehicle. Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
