Volunteer Coordinator
Harmony Hospice Care is looking to hire an experienced Volunteer Coordinator for Beachwood and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities include:
- Establish a need for volunteer services and maintain monthly statistics
- Maintain volunteer training and orientation
- Supervise and evaluate volunteers and maintain current personnel files
- Provide information to individuals and community groups about hospice volunteer services
- Participate in interdisciplinary group meetings
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- College degree, advanced degree in human services preferred
- 2+ years experience in healthcare
- Hospice and/or volunteer experience preferred
- Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
- Ability to organize and develop volunteer hospice personnel
M-F 8-4:30
NO WEEKENDS or Holidays
