We also provide a safe work environment and a family-friendly work schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.Key Duties and Responsibilities:· Interpret blueprints and tool drawings/designs and implement engineering changes on molds and tools.· Troubleshoot, solve and perform mold and tooling repairs and retrofit work.· Repair hot runners systems, valve operated gating systems, water leaks, damages, etc.· Perform mold repair and troubleshooting activities in the press during production runs.· Perform regular mold preventive maintenance activities.· Understanding of insert and version changes on molds.· Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required.· Knowledge of hand tool use and care.
