Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience with outpatient physical therapy focusing on orthopedics, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses
• Experience using EPIC EMR

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Weekend call rotation required
• Float between two outpatient clinic locations as needed

Location Highlights

Zanesville offers access to outdoor recreation and regional attractions in east-central Ohio.
