Ennoble Care is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to cover the Camden County, NJ region. This full-time role involves assessing, planning, and coordinating care for patients at home, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and attending physicians. The ideal candidate is a NJ-licensed RN with at least 1 year of experience (hospice preferred), strong assessment skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
