Business/Systems Analyst Co-Op | Compliance & Data

Role Overview The Business/Systems Analyst will assist the Compliance and Data Team with design, development, and administration of procurement initiatives, including B2B supplier catalogs, automated systems, and data visualization. The individual will identify customer requirements, perform administrative tasks, and analyze data to make decisions and obtain stakeholder input. What You Will Do Duties include establishing and implementing standardized business processes, developing business intelligence, communicating new policies, and assisting with e‑Commerce, data visualization, and analytics. Requirements Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Math/Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and computer skills. Developed skillset with Excel, MS Office, AI LLMs, data visualization software, and other analytics applications. Ability to monitor and manage ServiceNow tickets. Demonstrated track record of effectively working with highly detailed documents. Demonstrated capabilities in presenting ideas written and orally. Candidate must be subject to a pre‑employment background investigation and maintain a Secret level DoD security clearance. Benefits Technical Co‑Op: $25–$32.00 per hour (based on year in school) Administrative Co‑Op: $23–$27.00 per hour (based on year in school) Pre‑employment background investigation.
