Hotel Breakfast Attendant

You'll also need to walk throughout the dining area refilling coffee and beverages and cleaning up used plates and utensils. Responsibilities: • Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast buffet and fresh foods are always available during the service hours • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner • Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary • Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment • Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly Qualifications: • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Experience working in food service is preferred • Clear communication and interpersonal skills with diners and coworkers • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly • #J-18808-Ljbffr Hampton Inn Kansas City/Overland Park
