We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services across diverse patient needs. Key Responsibilities Include Evaluating patients' functional abilities and developing individualized treatment plans Implementing interventions to enhance safety, independence, and quality of life Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care Educating families and caregivers to support ongoing recovery Maintaining accurate Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation Qualifications And Skills Strong clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice approach Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Empathy and a patient-centered mindset Ability to educate and support families and caregivers Proficiency in documentation and electronic health records Join a supportive, innovative environment that emphasizes mentorship, professional growth, and ongoing clinical education. #J-18808-Ljbffr
