Kelly® is seeking Packing Line Operators in Georgetown, TX.
Temp- to- Hire opportunities

PayRate: $18 per hour 
Hours: 8a to 5pm Mon-Friday, OT as needed

What’s a typical day as a Pick Pack Worker? You’ll be:
- Performing packing of finished goods according to work instructions and packaging standards.
- Applying correct labels, barcodes, and identification tags to products and cartons.
- Inspecting products before packing to ensure quality standards are met.
- Arranging and organizing packed materials for shipment or storage.
- Maintaining accurate packing records and documentation as required.
- Supporting line operators and the production team in meeting daily output targets.
- Identifying and reporting damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
- Maintaining cleanliness and following 5S standards in the packing area.
- Following all safety procedures and company guidelines.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Bring 0–1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or packing environment (preferred).
- Possess the ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail.
- Have a basic understanding of labeling or packaging processes (a plus).
- Demonstrate good teamwork and communication skills.
- Are able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
