Product Designer

Join an early-stage, AI-native wealth management firm reshaping how people get financial advice. Instead of selling software to the industry, it runs its own wealth management business, so the product is tested against real advisors, real clients, and real money every day. The platform is live, the company recently raised a strong Series A from top-tier investors, and the team is small and highly technical.

The Mission

Make proactive, personal financial advice, the kind once reserved for the very wealthy, accessible to far more people. AI takes on the background work so advisors can spend their time on relationships and judgment.

The Role

This is the company’s first dedicated product design hire, partnering directly with the founder and engineering. You’ll set the visual and experience direction across the advisor-facing platform and a new consumer product, and you’ll stay hands-on from concept to ship.

You will:

• Lead design for the advisor experience and the upcoming client-facing product.
• Define how people and AI agents work together, with a focus on trust, transparency, and control.
• Create a design system that holds up as more of the interface becomes dynamic and AI-driven.
• Turn complex financial information into experiences that feel simple and personal.
• Talk with advisors and clients regularly to ground decisions in real behavior.
• Lay the foundation for the design team as it grows.

What They’re Looking For

• Senior or staff-level product design experience, with a portfolio that shows exceptional craft.
• 0→1 startup experience and comfort making calls without a clear roadmap.
• Consumer product experience, or B2B work held to a consumer-grade bar. Fintech is a plus.
• Daily use of AI tools and a point of view on agentic products. Prototyping in code is a bonus.
• A collaborative, low-ego approach and excitement about building in person with a small team.
