Position Overview
Join a highly respected, physician-led multi-specialty group in Fort Walton Beach, Florida with a long-standing reputation for clinical excellence along the Emerald Coast. We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to become part of a collaborative, patient-focused team delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends or hospital call required

Clinical Workflow
- Average of 24 patients per day

Focus on outpatient primary care with coordinated specialty access
Compensation & Financial Model
- Guaranteed base salary of $250,000
- Compensation structure: draw against collections or 33% of collections
- Proven high-earning potential with established patient volume

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult patients

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for or active Florida medical license
