Corporate Attorney | Up to $200K Base + 6 Figure Bonus Potential | Alternative to Big Law | Maryland
\n \nI am currently working with a Mid-Size Firm based in Maryland who are actively seeking multiple Attorney’s to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires in their Practice. Here are the headlines:

The Role
\n- \n
- Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions: Take point and assist on Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint ventures and Corporate governance matters. \n
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: Produce and review documents such as NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts. \n
- Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters : Perform diligence on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals. \n
- Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and State Corporate laws and regulatory requirements \n
