Affordable Housing Tax Credit Attorney
I am working with a firm that is seeking an attorney to join their successful affordable housing tax credit practice. Background:
- Experience with tax credits, public housing revitalization, HUD-assisted housing and lending is a plus
- Closing complex real estate or corporate transactions
- Representing investors, syndicators and developers in transactions
- Strong academic background
