Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist
Spring Parc
Bridge Property Management seeks a Compliance Coordinator to ensure LIHTC/HUD program compliance, manage resident certifications, and support audits and reporting. The role includes preparing documentation, reviewing eligibility, and maintaining accurate compliance records while delivering strong resident service.
The position requires 2+ years in affordable housing compliance, knowledge of LIHTC/HUD regulations, and proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office.
