Human Resources is accepting applications for at least one (1) Permanent, Full-time Physical Therapist II for the Medical Services Department. The Physical Therapist II must hold a current Physical Therapy license in the State of California.

The Physical Therapist II plans, coordinates, and provides physical therapy treatment at Patton State Hospital in collaboration with a Medical Doctor, Psychiatrist, and/or Wellness Recovery Team leader. As a supervisory-level classification, the Physical Therapist II may oversee the Physical Therapy Program and supervise the activities of Physical Therapist I staff, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Occupational Therapists within the Medical Services Physical Therapy area.

The position(s) require(s) a Drug Screening be passed prior to being hired.

Applications are accepted on a continuous basis. The cut-off-dates are the first and third Monday of each month. All completed applications submitted by each cut-off-date will be reviewed at that time. Note: Applications may be processed on a flow basis prior to the cutoff-date to meet the hiring needs of the department.
