During 2024, net production averaged 775 MBOED.Position OverviewConocoPhillips is seeking a seasoned Land Negotiator to join our dynamic Permian Basin team. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will shape strategic land decisions and directly influence the development of our assets across the Permian Basin. As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with engineering, geology, legal, regulatory, and surface land professionals to unlock value and drive responsible growth.This position offers the opportunity to lead complex negotiations, manage high-value contracts, and represent ConocoPhillips in interactions with landowners, government agencies, and industry partners.
