- Prepare surveys using data collected by field survey teams.
- Draft topographic and boundary surveys.
- Prepare ALTA surveys and subdivision plats.
- Develop construction staking survey drawings.
- Prepare easements, right-of-way, and as-built surveys.
- Read and interpret property legal descriptions and related survey records.
- Work on residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, and oil and gas projects.
- Collaborate with survey and engineering teams to meet project deadlines.
- Minimum 1 years of related experience .
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D .
- Knowledge of Carlson software is a plus.
- Technical school degree and/or coursework in land surveying or civil engineering-related drafting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to complete projects within established deadlines.
- Motivated to learn and contribute to a growing company.
