We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.Job Summary: The Sr. Manager, Solution Management is responsible for the liquid cooling solution product planning, inventory monitoring, component status auditing, and execution throughout the product life cycle, including promotion, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, purchasing, CM, vendors, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The candidate's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):Execute in-depth research about customer applications and provide feedback to engineering teams on how to optimize productsManage products through their entire lifecycle until product EOLCreate product roadmaps and develop strategies for successful product deployments based on deep understanding of customer requirementsCoordinate operational activities from product kick-off to product launch; ensure TTM launches with strong project management skillsDrive product quality improvement during design and manufacturing stagesCreate positioning statements, marketing and sales training materials, product specificationsPresent training materials to internal sales force as well as externallyTravel periodically to visit customers and attend trade showsConduct competitive analysis and develop ecosystem with partners in the industryDrive technical issues to closure by arranging resources and engaging with other engineering teams to duplicate and debugServe as third level technical support and provide pre/post-sales supportManage critical support situationsQualifications:Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering preferred12+ years of engineering experience preferredLinux expertise a plusExcellent knowledge of server systems, PC systems, and computer peripherals is requiredStrong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environmentEffective organization and planning skillsDemonstrated experience working in cross-functional organizationsCreative thinker, to develop new strategies and solutionsAbility to lead extended teams and meet deadlinesStrong understanding of market trends and customer needsStrong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skillsSolid communications skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to travel up to 15% of the timeSalary Range $200,000 - $235,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
