About the Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team at Soar Technology, LLC, a division of Accelint. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing a variety of digital products, primarily utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools, Captivate, and the Unity game engine. This role involves close collaboration with Instructional Systems Designers, Software Engineers, 3D Artists, and Technical Leads to create engaging, high‑fidelity visual content for training software and digital interfaces. The Graphic Designer will be instrumental in translating conceptual ideas into visually compelling graphics, motion graphics, and user interface elements that align with project requirements and brand standards. The ideal candidate will support all design efforts, validate their work through regular reviews with Program Creative Leadership, and ensure seamless integration of designs into the game engine. They will participate in workshops, provide constructive feedback, and iterate on designs to achieve a cohesive user experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating core competencies in graphic design is required, showcasing proficiency in 2D graphics, motion graphics, UI design, and a keen eye for detail.
