Corporate Paralegal We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team in Tampa with pay ranging from 80K-110K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and provide support in various corporate legal matters. Responsibilities: Assist in drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and resolutions Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate issues Manage corporate governance documentation and compliance Support attorneys in preparation for closings, hearings, and trials Coordinate with external parties including clients, vendors, and government agencies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field Proven work experience as a Corporate Paralegal or similar role Strong knowledge of corporate law and procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in legal research and document management If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for corporate law and compliance, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
