Corporate/Transactional Paralegal

We are partnering with a large local law firm that is looking to add a Corporate/Transactional Paralegal to their team! Corporate/Transactional Paralegal Direct Hire Pay: $80K-$90K (Depending on Experience) Key responsibilities Forming, dissolving, merging, and maintaining records for corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies Preparing and filing IRS forms for new entities Preparing governmental agencies reports, audit letter requests, corporate resolutions, and partnership actions Reviewing purchase/sale agreements Drafting closing lists and organizing closing documents Researching state corporate statutes and securities laws Qualifications Must have four years of relevant experience and excellent computer and written and verbal communication skills. Florida Registered Paralegal preferred.
