The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing and optimizing digital ad campaigns, with a strong analytical mindset to drive growth and maximize ROI. This role requires proficiency in Excel for data analysis and a keen understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.## Job Description* Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Instacart and BJ’s to drive traffic, increase conversions, and meet KPIs.* Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, path to purchase and trend tracking to inform and refine ad strategies.* Analyze campaign performance data, create reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ad spending efficiency and maximize ROI.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and content teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.* Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies to stay updated on best practices in digital marketing.* Maintain and update campaign documentation, reports, and analytics dashboards.* Communicate campaign progress, results, and insights to internal stakeholders effectively.## Qualifications* 3-5 years of hands-on experience in paid search and display advertising, including specific experience with Amazon Ads or Walmart Connect, preferred.* Proficiency in Excel, including creating pivot tables.* Familiarity with Helium10, Amazon Advertising Console, Walmart Connect or other ad platforms.* Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Have a curiosity for latest trends in eCommerce and thirst for becoming a subject matter expert in digital advertising.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Bachelor’s degree in related field required.**Pay Range:** $80,000 - $90,000 and may include a discretionary bonus.
