Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Schedule

12H Night shift - every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours Biweekly
Contract Weeks: 8

Requirements

• Min Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Min Experience: 2+ years of recent acute Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience required
• License: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Skills/Certification: CPR, ACLS, Epic experience required
• Float Required: Yes

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families on health management

Compliance / Notes

Testing required prior to acceptance with a passing score of 85%. One attempt only to pass. RNs need to prepare for the tests based on provided study guides.
