Before joining State Farm, I worked as a strength and conditioning coach in Major League Baseball, and that competitive mindset still drives the culture of our office today. Our team of seven is built around growth, accountability, and pushing each other to succeed. I graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and have been married for three years. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, spending time with our two golden retrievers, and watching LSU baseball and football. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
