Job Description Position Purpose: Our Barista's will be responsible for executing the Starbucks Experience for Bashas' customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Responsibilities: A Barista is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. A Barista's Responsibilities Include Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
