Role Description This full-time, on-site Finance Manager role is located in Fontana, CA and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership’s finance and insurance (F&I) operations. The Finance Manager prepares and reviews finance and lease agreements, secures financing through lenders, and explains all financial products and terms clearly to customers. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing credit applications, structuring deals to meet customer needs and dealership objectives, and ensuring all contracts and disclosures comply with legal and regulatory requirements. The person in this role collaborates closely with sales teams to maximize profitability, maintains accurate records and reports, and builds strong relationships with lending institutions. The Finance Manager is also expected to uphold ethical standards, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to process improvements within the finance department. Qualifications Experience in automotive finance or dealership F&I operations, including structuring vehicle loans and leases and working with multiple lenders. Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and deal structuring skills, with the ability to interpret credit reports and assess risk. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., Truth in Lending, privacy laws, and other state and federal guidelines). Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in clear, accessible terms. Proficiency with dealership management systems, finance software, and common office productivity tools. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales and management teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously. Previous experience in automotive retail, banking, or consumer lending is highly beneficial.
