Position Overview;


The MDM/RDM Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's data strategy by leading the design and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data Management (RDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive experience in data architecture, governance, and stewardship to ensure the integrity, consistency, and quality of enterprise data. This position is crucial for enabling seamless data integration, enhancing decision-making, and supporting key business initiatives.


Key Responsibilities;

Data Architecture and Strategy;
• Design and implement robust MDM/RDM solutions to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain data architecture blueprints that align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define enterprise data strategies, policies, and best practices.


Master and Reference Data Management;
• Lead the deployment and optimization of MDM platforms, preferably Informatica MDM.
• Define and manage the lifecycle of master and reference data across the organization.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure the reliability of master and reference data.


Data Governance;
• Implement and enforce data governance frameworks, standards, and processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with governance policies.
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.


Data Stewardship;
• Act as a Data Steward to maintain the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of critical data assets.
• Facilitate the resolution of data conflicts and ambiguities in collaboration with business units.
• Establish workflows for data maintenance and updates.
• Collaboration and Leadership
• Work closely with business and IT teams to understand data requirements and challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior data professionals on best practices in MDM/RDM.
• Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.


Required Skills and Qualifications;

Experience;
• 13+ years in data architecture, with a strong focus on MDM/RDM.
• 6+ years in Master Data and Reference Data Management.
• 6+ years in Data Governance practices and implementation.
• 6+ years as a Data Steward, ensuring data quality and compliance.


Technical Proficiency;
• Expertise in MDM platforms, preferably Informatica MDM.
• Knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, and data integration tools.
• Familiarity with data governance tools and practices.


Soft Skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership experience in cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications;
• Certification in Informatica MDM or related technologies.
• Experience in cloud-based data management solutions.
