Identify, recommend, resolve, and prevent medication‑related problems through direct interventions with prescribers. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required. Current Registered Pharmacist licensure in the State of Maryland required. New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply; inpatient or hospital pharmacy experience preferred for experienced candidates.
