Supporting front end hospital billing, the full-time remote Hospital Billing Representative will manage the review, correction, and submission of hospital claims to various insurance payers, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines and maintaining a high clean claim rate. Key responsibilities Coordinate daily front end hospital billing activities to ensure accurate claims submission to insurance payers Review and resolve front end claim edits before claims are released to payers Utilize hospital billing software and third-party clearinghouses to process and monitor claims at the submission stage Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of front end hospital billing experience required Minimum 1 year of experience submitting hospital claims through billing clearinghouses required Working knowledge of institutional hospital claims and payer billing requirements required Experience resolving front end claim edits before payer adjudication required
