Commercial HVACR Service Specialist

Where: Mobile, AL

When: Full-time, typically five 8-hour days, with significant overtime available

What you’ll do

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain a range of commercial HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot complex issues using schematics and sound judgment
• Perform repairs and, when needed, assist with installations
• Complete preventive maintenance with safety and efficiency top of mind
• Own decisions in the field while keeping customers and the service team in the loop

What it takes to qualify

We prioritize strong HVAC fundamentals and work ethic over a perfect resume.

• Proven HVAC service/repair experience with strong diagnostics
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license
• EPA certification (refrigerant handling)
• Bring your own basic hand tools
• Track record of reliability and on-time attendance
• Commercial experience preferred; residential pros with deep air-cooled knowledge who can transition quickly are encouraged to apply
• Nice-to-have exposure: boilers, water-cooled equipment, building automation, refrigeration, schematics, or mechanical drawings (we’ll train the right tech to fill gaps)

Compensation & benefits
