A highly regarded and well-established law firm is seeking a Corporate Transactional Attorney to join its New York City office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on a sophisticated range of corporate transactions and strategic advisory matters within a collaborative, fast-paced, and client-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar
• 3+ years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on transactional matters
• Experience handling mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate governance matters
• Ability to manage transactions from due diligence through structuring, negotiation, documentation, and closing
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team-oriented environment

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $215,000 – $275,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications of the successful candidate.
