Same Day Pay available! Shifts Available PER-DIEMS: 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, 7 AM - 7 PM, 7 PM - 7 AM $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (all inclusive) Responsibilities Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC) Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided Qualifications A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in New Jersey Ability to work with multiple patients at once Valid BLS Certification (CPR) Minimum of 1 year experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting Experience in Point Click Care (PCC) Join our team at Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 128-bed Sub-Acute, and Long-Term Care facility where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.
