Location: Opelika, AL
Competitive Pay & Benefits
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts $13.50- $14.50
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and assembly equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report any maintenance needs.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management, material handling, and product packaging as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends if needed.
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
