Now Hiring: Production Team Member
Location: Opelika, AL
Competitive Pay & Benefits
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts $13.50- $14.50

Job Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and assembly equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report any maintenance needs.
Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies.
Assist with inventory management, material handling, and product packaging as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends if needed.
Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
