We are looking for quality heavy-lifter candidates who are looking for longevity in their job. A successful candidate will be dependable , adaptable , willing to learn , and take pride in their work . A good attitude goes a long way!
Biggest needs are for 2nd and 3rd shift . Manufacturing experience is helpful, but reliability and work ethic matter the most . Good attendance is a must with a willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when production demands increase.
- Starts at $15/hour with pay increases with experience and longevity
- Become a part owner after one year of employment
- Will be cross-trained for top to bottom operation, maintenance of machines, and quality control of products
- Must have a clean background/drug screen
