Pay: $17.00–$23.00 per hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM |Monday-Friday
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Sunday-Thursday

Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator at V2 Composites, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and with high quality.

Operate and set up manufacturing equipment and machinery
Monitor production processes and perform visual inspections and quality checks
Read and follow work instructions and manufacturing specifications
Make timely decisions that impact safety, quality, and efficiency
Package finished products for shipping
Perform basic operator maintenance and maintain clean, organized work areas
Safely lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift
Obtain forklift certification (training provided)
Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
Basic math and mechanical skills
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks (lifting, bending, squatting, kneeling)
Willing to work overtime, weekends, and varying hours when needed
Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
