Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment within a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma Center
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
• Document patient information and clinical findings accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely, and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility dress code and professional standards at all times, including policies on appearance and attire
• Complete required orientation modules as scheduled during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid RN license (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience (hard stop)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, MAB, NIHSS
• Availability to work weekends as required
• Must be separated from this facility for at least 1 year prior to starting as a traveler (applies to previous staff)
• Local candidates are welcome

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Magnet-designated or Teaching hospital environment
• Familiarity with Level II Trauma Center workflows and high-acuity patient populations
• Experience charting in Cerner
