We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.Job Description2-Months: Planning & DesignSystem Due Diligence Assessment/Documentation:Coordinate Audit requirements (i.e. Vendor BT VCAS Assessment and others).Develop System Documentation.Develop process documentation (including manual data entry).Conduct company Consultation Process with company Investigator and Internal users:Coordinate discussion with SSU and Investigator to establish contract contact.Endure site acceptance/usability of the tool.US Pilot Implementation & Reporting - 4 monthsManage Training:Develop Training Materials.Investigate site and user training in use of OLN tool.Conduct system module training.Develop required documentation (i.e. SOP etc.).Conduct ONL Pilot:Identify the optimum Pilot design to realize a robust OLN assessment.Conduct Pilot with the pilot studies identified and conduct follow up.Implementation Feedback-sites and CRO's.Assessment of negotiation metrics & user feedback.Assess Grants Plan/IMS OLN System Reporting Needs:Assessment study reporting capabilities.Assess success:Identify success measures.Evaluate Pilot success.Develop transition plan to US full implementation.ROW Pilot Implementation & Reporting - 3 monthsManage Training:Update Training materials.Investigate site and company user training in use of OLN tool.Conduct Module System training.Conduct OLN PilotIdentify the optimum Pilot design to realize a robust OLN assessment.Conduct Pilot with pilot studies identities and conduct pilot follow up.Implementation Feedback-Sites and company/company CROs.Assessment of negotiation metrics & user feedback.Assess SuccessIdentify success measures.Evaluate Pilot Success.Develop transition plan to ROW full implementation.Lead Change Management & CommunicationsDevelop OLN tool introduction.Develop communication materials required.Provide regular updates to key stakeholders.No Travel Required.Critical Skills:Great CommunicatorGreat PlannerDeliverable oriented.QualificationsMust have background in Pharma and/or Clinical OperationsAdditional InformationWarm RegardsRicky Bansal732-429-1925I'm interested
