DENTAL HYGIENE

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour $4000 Sign On Bonus

• Responsibilities:
• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing
• Take and develop dental X-rays using medical imaging equipment
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized dental care instructions
• Assist the dentist during procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation of patient treatments and progress
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
• Stay up-to-date with current advancements in dental hygiene techniques and technologies

Requirements:

• Valid Dental Hygiene license in [state]
• Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of dental procedures
• Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
• Knowledge of vital signs and ability to assess overall health systems
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients and provide compassionate care
• Experience in dental office assisting or CAD (Computer-Aided Design) is a plus
