Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate production activities for the 2nd shift to meet operational goals.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor equipment performance and address maintenance needs to minimize downtime.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members to enhance productivity and skill development.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production challenges and improve workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and report on key performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.

A successful Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift should have:
