B2B Digital Sales Specialist (French & English) Remote (Bulgaria)

We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level French and solid cold calling experience to join an international, tech-focused sales environment. This is a full-time, fully remote role, offering a stable salary, performance bonus, and full relocation support.

Role Overview

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage business leads
  • Apply structured business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
  • Build and manage a strong and consistent sales pipeline
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets

Requirements

  • Native-level French (mandatory) and fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
  • Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset

What We Offer

  • Full-time contract, Monday to Friday (09:0018:00)
  • Fully remote role (based in Bulgaria)
  • Gross monthly salary: 3,600 BGN
  • Quarterly performance bonus: up to 2,000 BGN

Relocation support including:

  • Company-paid accommodation for the first 10 days or more
  • Assistance in finding long-term housing
  • Possibility of salary advance if needed
  • Low cost of living: fully furnished apartments of at least 60 m from around 200 EUR/month
  • International working environment with long-term career growth opportunities

Start date: 12 January 2026 Location: Remote, Bulgaria
