Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1980 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc. and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc..

Additional Details:

Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Chemo administration is not required per manager.

Shift & Scheduling: RTO restrictions: 5 days or less. Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: Float within scope to meet department needs.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
