Job Description Job Description Non-Clinical Healthcare Recruiter (Contract - 3 Months) Location: Renton, WA (Onsite) Full time: Yes We are seeking an experienced Non-Clinical Healthcare Recruiter for a 3-month contract assignment supporting hiring across business, administrative, and operational functions within a healthcare environment. This role will manage high-volume requisitions and partner closely with hiring managers to meet time-sensitive staffing needs. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-clinical healthcare roles , including administrative, revenue cycle, operations, and support positions Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake calls, align on priorities, and manage requisition workflow Source, screen, and interview candidates using ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support offer processes Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hiring requirements Support hiring surges, backfills, and short-term staffing initiatives Qualifications 2+ years of non-clinical healthcare recruiting experience Experience recruiting for roles such as patient access, scheduling, billing, insurance verification, admin support, or corporate healthcare functions Strong understanding of healthcare hiring workflows and urgency-driven staffing Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work onsite or hybrid in Renton, WA for the duration of the contract Assignment Details Duration: 3-month contract Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Location: Renton, WA Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per day Search managed by: Gerald Morales Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
