Property Management Bookkeeper

Job Description Busy property management companies seek a full-time bookkeeper. Duties include, but are not limited to: Posting Rental Income, assisting tenants with rental questions and payments, General Ledger, A/P, A/R, Monthly Bank Reconciliation, Monthly Financial Statements, Scanning, as well as other misc. responsibilities in the accounting department as needed. MUST have the ability to multitask in a busy environment and work cooperatively with a variety of individuals. Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt are very important in our office. Requirements: At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience; must be friendly, patient, punctual, flexible, dependable, and reliable; experience with AppFolio or other property management software is a plus!
