The Programmer Analyst provides application development and integration services supporting enterprise agencies. Responsibilities include design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of agency applications within the System Engineering Methodology (SEM) framework. Assignments cover full lifecycle delivery: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and maintenance.

This role serves as both a Dynamics Architect and developer , providing advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 platforms and Power Platform implementations .

• Lead and perform Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations .

• Provide advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 platforms.

• Define and manage CI/CD release processes for Dynamics 365.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks/issues.

• Deliver clear technical documentation and presentations.

• Troubleshoot application issues under pressure.

• Dynamics 365 & Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Portal) 5+ years.

• Architect-level experience 3+ years.

• Azure DevOps 5+ years.

• Infrastructure/Network/Application Support 5+ years.

• Data Architecture 3+ years.

• API integration & authentication across systems.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Experience in requirements gathering and customer analysis.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ 104)

• ITIL Foundation Certification
