Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and craft custom therapy plans aimed at helping them realize their functional goals.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in harmony with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic care.

Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families regarding therapy methods to facilitate ongoing progress at home.

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and adapt treatment approaches as needed, ensuring that patients remain on track to achieve their goals.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and well-supported

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required

NBCOT certification required

A genuine passion for helping others achieve their fullest potential of independence

Empathic and articulate communication skills for effective interactions with patients and peers
