Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking General Production Workers to join our team. This role operates primarily during the day shift from 7 am to 3 pm, and involves various production tasks such as inspection, maintenance, and housekeeping. You will be an integral part of the team, supporting plant operations and ensuring smooth production processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties including cleaning, shoveling, and material handling.
• Operate hand tools and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Support plant operations and production teams as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards promptly.
• Assist with loading/unloading and site organization tasks.

Essential Skills

• Ability to work safely and follow instructions.
• Physically capable of performing manual labor in various conditions.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Pay & Shift:

• $24/HR
• Day shift 7am-3pm

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union Bridge, MD.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
